The units are clean. The access is spotty depending on condition of key pad. Their accounting services are the worst if paying from your bank. They will charge high late fees if your bank check is held up in anyway by the postal service. They do not accept the bank dated check as the time stamp. I had to continually reach out to them on their accounting system. I will not hook with them again.
Attendant today was very patient and processing. Took great care in explaining options and selecting the right storage space for my needs. The facility is in a good location and clean.
Always very helpful. Knowledgeable about storage and quick to solve any small issues that may arise .
I’m leaving another review because mine is magically gone. This facility is infested with rats or mice. We stored our stuff here two years and it’s all ruing with rat poop and urine. They we found our stuff ruin in August and we stopped paying. They told us they would be locking us out until we pay them for storing trash that is ruined due to their own negligence.
