Dealing with Sylvia, Ruth & the rest of there team was seamless. They are all very nice, informative, thorough & a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend this storage facility.
ASelf is always professional and extremely helpful with accommodations wether you want to decrease in the size of your unit or increase in size has always been a smooth transition, I’ve been occupying a unit for almost 10 years and I’m satisfied 100 percent !!
The units are clean. The access is spotty depending on condition of key pad. Their accounting services are the worst if paying from your bank. They will charge high late fees if your bank check is held up in anyway by the postal service. They do not accept the bank dated check as the time stamp. I had to continually reach out to them on their accounting system. I will not hook with them again.
Attendant today was very patient and processing. Took great care in explaining options and selecting the right storage space for my needs. The facility is in a good location and clean.
Always very helpful. Knowledgeable about storage and quick to solve any small issues that may arise .
