Wow, customer service at it's very best. My wife and I just left the North Brunswick location. We've been shopping around storage units. Trying land on location, affordability and appropriate amount of space. Long story short, we found it here. Most importantly however was the phenomenal customer service. Curtis was very friendly , helpful, knowledgeable and honest and went the extra mile to ensure we understood the process of renting along with any sales going on that’s going to help us save but retain our unit long term as happy customers, he explained everything thoroughly. I just closed my Access storage unit in North Brunswick after using it for about 21 months. I rarely had a problem and when I did it was addressed immediately. I also want to call out the exceptional customer service providers by Curtis.
Curtis was amazingly pleasant and thorough from the time I walked in. Kudos to him and Access Self Storage. Excellent customer service and overall experience. Ashley was sweet and kind as well when she called to confirm my reservation. I plan on staying with access storage for over a year so it's very comforting to know that the employees are extraordinary.
It was absolutely an amazing experience! I absolutely loved the customer service that Curtis gave us. Out of all the storage places I have visited and encountered, this one definitely is the absolute best one. I highly recommend getting a unit here if you need one.
