I just closed my Access storage unit in North Brunswick after using it for about 21 months. I rarely had a problem and when I did it was addressed immediately. I also want to call out the exceptional customer service providers by Curtis.
Curtis was amazingly pleasant and thorough from the time I walked in. Kudos to him and Access Self Storage. Excellent customer service and overall experience. Ashley was sweet and kind as well when she called to confirm my reservation. I plan on staying with access storage for over a year so it's very comforting to know that the employees are extraordinary.
It was absolutely an amazing experience! I absolutely loved the customer service that Curtis gave us. Out of all the storage places I have visited and encountered, this one definitely is the absolute best one. I highly recommend getting a unit here if you need one. I especially recommend speaking with Curtis, he will guide you and accommodate you the best way possible! Access self storage was easy to... Access! Unit was clean and hallways bright. Reasonable pricing on good size units and easy truck rental with 4 hours included. Curtis was personable, professional, and got us set up fast. Secure! Passcode to open building and special lock on unit that could not be cut by another person. Easy location behind shopping center. 👍🏻
