It was my 1st time using a storage company. I was greeted by Anthony as I walked in the door. He was very helpful and welcoming. He guide me through the process and made sure I understood the procedures of how to get in & out the building using the security system. I will definitely recommend the company to others. Worst Manager i bought an auction room in this facility 196 piaget ave clifton the manager greeted me i paid the auction then he said you have 3 days to remove everything a 10 x 30 if not we keep your deposit i said i will do it on time but i rented a u haul truck from them but was full of ice and very dirty so i got my money back and went rented a clean bigger one filled it with the things that were mice infested and the garbage little did i know in nj they dont except garbage if you rent a uhaul truck. i explained it to ... read more
I have been renting a unit here for almost a year and every time I come in and visit I can feel the hospitality they offer. Both Elvis and Lesandra have been amazing to me every time I walk through those doors with questions. Their customer service not only to me but others I have been witness to is beyond extraordinary. They really are the best there.
