Kat was very helpful in getting us transferred to another unit that was larger while our house is fuller than usual. We have never had an issue here. The climate controlled spaces are clean and dry. We have had a good experience overall.

PLEASE stay away they raised the rent the 3rd month by $60 . They got me in with a promotion $168 then on the 3rd month they raised it to $226. I'm going to Public Storage they're charging $66 for the same size unit.
My daughters and I had a great experience with staff at Clark Access storage. They worked with us when the weather didn’t cooperate and dates needed to be changed. Also helpful with suggestions and available times. We just changed from the larger (garage size) unit to the smallest. I spoke with 3 managers and all were cooperative, helpful and friendly.
