My daughters and I had a great experience with staff at Clark Access storage. They worked with us when the weather didn’t cooperate and dates needed to be changed. Also helpful with suggestions and available times. We just changed from the larger (garage size) unit to the smallest. I spoke with 3 managers and all were cooperative, helpful and friendly.
Wish I could leave zero stars. I was told by the manager that my bill was paid through the end of May for the 5x10 unit I rent. On May 2nd I moved to a 5x5 unit ( with a lower price). Today May 11, I received an email notification of an auto debit of $180.20, for the larger 5x10 unit that I no longer occupy! I was also charged for the smaller unit. Poor accounting practices and the manager did not know how to credit my account after promising me that I would not be charged for two units. Very poor and will contact the c... read more
Mostly clean facilities, just roaming insects (which isn’t their fault because the facilities are in close proximity to wildness). Couldn’t have met a kinder soul than the employee working here. Affordable, secure, and reliable you can’t ask for more.
