Potential tenants beware!! None of the Amli buildings in Seattle or Bellevue have AC! Moved here from out of state with my job, this should have been disclosed. Shame on Amli! My apartment is 77 degrees on this 74 degree partly cloudy day….. one small window and a patio door is not cooling it down. Im stuck here for the next 12 months…

We absolutely loved living at AMLI 535 for the past three years, and if we hadn’t decided to buy a house closer to work, we would still be there! From day one, the leasing team—especially RJ and Melissa—made us feel right at home. They are friendly, responsive, and truly go above and beyond for residents. Lilly was absolutely amazing!!! We were greeted and welcomed with such grace and care, we immediately felt right at home. Lilly was very gracious with us and answered all our questions. We were able to learn all that AMLI had to offer at this property and think this is where we would like to call home.

I lived there for 2 years. The staff were pretty nice and always ready to help. I lived with my friend for the first year, the view was great and we could see the entire lake union. I switched to a 1 bedroom unit for the second year. One thing bothered me was the upastair noise, I could hear the foot step clearly and occasionally sounded like something was smashing the floor. I have been a resident of Amli 535 for two years, and I am deeply disappointed by the increasing issues that continue to impact my experience here. Despite raising concerns with the leasing office multiple times, no actions have been taken, nor is there any option to escalate issues as they refuse to provide contact information for the management office.
