I cannot say enough amazing things about this property. In all the years of renting in different cities and states, Amli 808 in Chicago felt like home in every way possible. Not only was the building immaculate, the maintenance and cleaning staff was always so helpful and efficient. From the concierges to the office staff, to the managers on site, it’s incredible. I love living here! The amenities are great, the leasing office and front desk are so sweet, and the views are stunning! 10/10
5/5 stars for maintenance service, concierge downstairs, rooftop amenities, and closet space/storage in unit. 3/5 stars for management office communication responsiveness via email. Website says resident parking is available, however there are less than 20 spots and they’re all taken, there’s no waitlist (seems like something an excel spreadsheet could fix). There is not much free street parking walking distance to AMLI except on Sundays. Reasonably priced, close parking is doable for guests but not long term residents. Sh... read more
Had a really lovely stay here!! Located in a decent proximity to the city and the metro, having a pretty nice view of the city, and having much more amenities and resources available than a standard hotel, its hard not to prefer this! The reception staff were really lovely to chat with and super helpful too, and made the stay all the more enjoyable.
The team that manages this building is top-notch. Professional, friendly and attentive are words that come to mind. I cannot say enough about the front desk staff, management office folks, and the maintenance staff. Snd the amenities! Such a great place to live. If you’re looking at the near north, don’t miss touring AMLI 808.
