5/5 stars for maintenance service, concierge downstairs, rooftop amenities, and closet space/storage in unit. 3/5 stars for management office communication responsiveness via email. Website says resident parking is available, however there are less than 20 spots and they’re all taken, there’s no waitlist (seems like something an excel spreadsheet could fix). Had a really lovely stay here!! Located in a decent proximity to the city and the metro, having a pretty nice view of the city, and having much more amenities and resources available than a standard hotel, its hard not to prefer this! The reception staff were really lovely to chat with and super helpful too, and made the stay all the more enjoyable.
Loved the building and the two corner units that I saw. Efficient floor plans. Beautiful finishes. Very nice! Ari the agent was extremely nice, welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. Customer does service matter!
I had such a great experience with the maintenance service! Hector was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind while helping me resolved my oven issue something I’d been struggling with for a while. He was efficient, respectful, and made the whole process feel effortless. I truly appreciate the care and attention he brought to the job. Thank you so much for your help it made my day!
Amli was home to me and my pup for the last 3 years. It is super dog friendly with luxury amenities and the location is super convenient. What’s been most important to me at amli is the friends I have met in the building. Amli creates a welcoming warm environment. Don’t be surprised if you meet your next best friend (or 5) here! The rooftop is one of the best views in the city. The building’s size is perfect (gym and rooftop are never too crowded). The front door staff are phenomenal and are so helpful.
