The staff is professional and quick to help when needed. Amenities are well-kept and the location is convenient. They really always do a great job in with maintenance and are quick to respond for any issues that may arise. Overall very Clean, quiet, and well-managed. I’ve had a great experience at Amli 8800 so far! The community is modern, clean, and very well-maintained. She went above and beyond during my move-in process — showing me all the amenities and making sure I felt completely informed and comfortable every step of the way. Her professionalism, patience, and attention to detail made all the difference. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend asking for Maia if you’re considering moving in!
We put in the request to fix an issue with the refrigerator and the technician came out immediately to fix it, explained how everything worked and how to prevent going forward. Very courteous and excellent service as well. I was very satisfied.
