I lived at Amli Arc for a year and really enjoyed my time here. The amenities are practical, well-maintained, and have a warm, lived-in feel. The leasing office and concierge are always friendly and responsive, and the maintenance team is super nice and efficient—most work orders were completed within just a few hours. Ashish is one of the best employees at AMLI Arc! He is always so quick and professional when he fixes things in my apartment. Very high quality work. He just completed four work orders for me in one go! Very grateful to live in a place with such efficient, friendly, and talented workers.

I really like the office especially Raychel who is awesome and always has energy. Ashishi is also awesome and incredibly amazing for take care of the maintenance of all units in the building. He helped install a ceiling lamp for us and fixed issues when we moved in very efficiently. 5 stars for Raychel and Ashishi! However, one person from the concierge is another story. !!!AVOID!!! UNPROFESSIONAL, EXPLOITATIVE, DISRESPECTFUL I want to warn anyone thinking about leasing here—this management team is a nightmare. From my experience, they are completely unprofessional and show zero respect for tenants. Every time I tried to get help, my case was bounced between multiple people, no one answered the phone, and on more than one occasion, they simply hung up on me. Dog owners, beware. The dog run at AMLI Arc is a huge disappointment. They usually do cleaning during peak morning hours, so you can’t use it when you need to. I’ve complained before, but nothing gets fixed. Most of the staff are polite, the cleaning guy is extremely rude and acts like you’re not supposed to use the dog run even though you’re paying for it.
