I absolutely love living here! This is my first apartment and it’s set the bar really high. Every time friends or family visit, they can’t believe what a great deal it is and how nice the property looks. I’ve been here for almost a year now and have barely had any issues. Let me just say, Daniel the maintenance supervisor is amazing! I lived here for a few years and he truly went above and beyond in making sure your home is totally and completely taken care of! It’s some of the best maintenance I’ve ever experienced while living in an apartment setting. I truly miss seeing him around!
I can't say enough good things about AMLI. The building structure and the appliances are high quality. The amenities are great. The maintenance team is responsive and thorough. But best of all, they really create a community. Bryce gave us our first tour of the property and seemed to know every tenant we encountered. He and the rest of the staff are always friendly and make the place feel like home.
Moving from a different state came with a lot of stress and anxiety, but Bryce made the entire process so much easier. From the very beginning, he was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. Always going above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and supported. I am truly grateful for how smooth my transition has been because of him. Before moving from Mississippi, I did a TON of research on apartment complexes in search of my future home. I needed a fresh start and as a homebody; having a safe and beautiful location is essential for me. The AMLI Art District apartments do not disappoint! 10/10 on their entire team who have been nothing but kind, attentive, and friendly with any help or support I’ve needed. It’s only been a couple weeks since I’ve been moved in and it’s definitely a home for me. If you’re considering moving in, definitely pick them!!
