I want to give a huge shoutout to Angelina and Justin from the maintenance team at AMLI at Mueller. I submitted a maintenance request and, in less than 30 minutes, they were at my apartment and took care of everything quickly and thoroughly. Both were extremely pleasant, professional, and efficient. What makes this even more impressive is that this was during the recent freezing weather, when the maintenance team has clearly been under a lot of pressure dealing with building-wide issues. For the price, the property is acceptable overall. Not having an on-site leasing office is sometimes inconvenient. Additionally, there is no Google Fiber, cell service inside the apartment is very poor, and residents are responsible for items like light bulbs and air filters. Overall, the property is fine, but there are several areas where updates and follow-through could improve the experience. Shelbi and her team at AMLI at Mueller are incredibly helpful and always eager to make residents feel comfortable and supported. Anytime I’ve needed maintenance, they’ve been timely, communicative, and easy to work with. Overall, it’s been a really positive living experience thanks to how responsive and attentive the staff are.

Constant Break-Ins and Zero Accountability – A 'Luxury' Disaster I don’t recommend anyone move to AMLI Mueller. I had a number of issues living at the AMLI at Mueller apartments. I lived there a year and couldn’t wait to move out. 1. A piece of the parking garage fell onto my car causing almost $10,000 in damages. The parking garage is crumbling apart over the cars underneath it. Look at the pictures – the parking garage concrete eroded and fell onto the hood of my car and rolled off the front.
