I absolutely love this place! The amenities are fantastic! But what I truly appreciate the most is Fernando, our maintenance guy. He’s incredibly polite and knowledgeable. I’ve never had to wait more than half a day to get something fixed! I highly recommend this community. 💛 This is my living room view which I love ❤️

Awful management, LOUD noise 24/7, don’t loose your time and money on this place. + Crime Rates (Look at attached photos and videos) ———————————————————————— Update after response: All of the doors are opened with an app on your phone (everyone hates it), the garage door is usually open for a couple of hours or even 1-3 days in a row. So the whole “gated community” is partially true as anyone trying to enter any door has a 50% + chance of finding them open. Pros: - Location; you are close to the mall, gas stations, toll, and groceries. - The pool is nice. - Gym is decent. Cons: - Manager is really rude, will make sarcastic comments and even laugh at your expense. Management wont care to help when needed. / (Except Hannah, she has always been respectful and helpful) - At least half of the gates don’t work properly every single week. - Garage door breaks down relatively often. - Hallways 9/10 times will have trash bags, dog pee/poo, left overs, etc. - Trash valet sometimes wont ... read more

I’ve lived here for about 5 years and love the property. There is always upkeep/improvements taking place and the property is very well maintained & clean. The maintenance staff is awesome. Friendly, responsive, and they actually care. Issues, if any, are resolved quickly. The office staff is really amazing. We’ve been living here for almost 6 years now, and we still absolutely love this community. The engineers are fantasticspecial shoutout to Sergio for always being so helpful! The staff, Hannah White, Jasmine, and Julia, are all amazing as well. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and the service is consistently excellent. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live!
