Awful management, LOUD noise 24/7, don’t loose your time and money on this place. + Crime Rates (Look at attached photos and videos) ———————————————————————— Update after response: All of the doors are opened with an app on your phone (everyone hates it), the garage door is usually open for a couple of hours or even 1-3 days in a row. I absolutely love this place! The amenities are fantastic! But what I truly appreciate the most is Fernando, our maintenance guy. He’s incredibly polite and knowledgeable. I’ve never had to wait more than half a day to get something fixed! I highly recommend this community. 💛 This is my living room view which I love ❤️

Got to give good reviews when you have good things to say. This was prompted by interactions specifically with Fernando on the maintenance team. He is the best! Maintenance requests are handled within 24 hours, and he is efficient and super friendly. I don't want to be misleading by posting about maintenance; the buildings are continuously maintained. My items were for hooking up the new washer and dryer when moving in, and a quick garbage disposal item. Haven't had a negative experience with anyone on the staff here. I a... read more

Upon move in, bathtub was clogged, toilet was continuously flushing water nonstop, soap that was left on bathtub took the bathtub surface off, no water could get into the washing machine, multiple outlets in the kitchen did not work, there was an overpowering smell of chemicals. People opening the outdoor gate could be heard loudly inside. The desk staff were rude to me and had an attitude. Please see attached photos of insects swarming near the door. Pros: - Location; you are close to the mall, gas stations, toll, and groceries. - The pool is nice. - Gym is decent. Cons: - Manager is really rude, will make sarcastic comments and even laugh at your expense. Management wont care to help when needed. / (Except Hannah, she has always been respectful and helpful) - At least half of the gates don’t work properly every single week. - Garage door breaks down relatively often. - Hallways 9/10 times will have trash bags, dog pee/poo, left overs, etc. - Trash valet sometimes wont ... read more
