I’ve lived here for about 5 years and love the property. There is always upkeep/improvements taking place and the property is very well maintained & clean. The maintenance staff is awesome. Friendly, responsive, and they actually care. Issues, if any, are resolved quickly. The office staff is really amazing. Shout out to Nicole who is super responsive, always smiling, & ready to jump in & assist on a moments notice!! Jasmine is a rock star and always helpful & friendly as well (thankful for her)! Living here was amazing. The location is conveniently close to the Ballpark, malls, and restaurants. Overall no issues with noise, aside from during game nights at the Ballpark and the fireworks. However, the one thing i would like to change is the attitude the office staff have towards helping current residents. The hospitality typically shown during tour day doesn't seem to shine through for the time of leasing. I have come down a few times this year with questions, concerns. Some staff are eager to help. Awful management, don’t loose your time and money on this place. First, the elevator was mega sketchy, making cracking noises, trying to go up with the door OPEN, moving weird, etc. I complained about it to which management said “it was normal”, 2 weeks later I get stuck in the elevator, non of the emergency buttons work, we call management to which they had no idea when will somebody come so we had to call 911 to help us after being there for 35+ minutes and the heat was insane. AMLI ant the ballpark is a great place to call home. Management and leasing office staff have been friendly and helpful throughout my residency, they do a great job of communicating when necessary. Maintenance crew have done a good job of repairing and maintaining the property, common areas are always clean and well kept. Noise can be a factor at times during the baseball season, but definitely manageable. Here is what I'll say about this place. Lived there for almost 5 years. Can't beat the location, pool in the summer time, Hermie and the rest of the maintenance crew are top notch. Just like any other larger apartment complex, at least in Frisco, its ran and managed by a cooperate machine. Do these types of communities always put the tenants interest before theirs, no. But once you understand that, its a great place to live -Danny (Not Addison)
