I’ve really enjoyed living at AMLI uptown and wanted to share my experience for anyone considering it. The community here is one of the biggest highlights, management puts real effort into planning fun events that make it easy to meet neighbors and feel connected. It’s one of the few places I’ve lived where the events are well done and worth attending, they schedule 2 to 4 per month so it's easy to find something that interests you. Amli Uptown is one of the best apartment communities I’ve lived in. The staff is outstanding across the board — friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The leasing team is responsive and transparent, making everything easy from start to finish. Maintenance is fast and reliable, always following up to be sure things are done right. Staff (including the leasing office and maintenance) are very responsive and courteous. In particular, Sam was helpful in helping figure out if a package was delivered by going through the entire package room. Angie has also answered my questions on multiple occasions, and I've interacted positively with other leasing office staff members. Maintenance seem to have resolved issues with my unit within a business day on several occasions, even on repeat problems. I’ve lived at AMLI at Uptown for a year and overall it’s been a great experience. The location is amazing. There are so many restaurants, bars, salons, and activities within walking distance, which makes living here super convenient and fun. The building itself has fantastic amenities: pool and hot tub. I especially enjoy having the pet spa, dog park, and grill area available. Enjoyed my time at Amli Uptown for two years. The staff is super welcoming, personable, and a joy to be around…really made me feel like home! They planned great events to hangout with our neighbors throughout the year. While my room was in great condition, the maintenance team is quick and professional with all requests if any repairs are needed. You can’t beat the views and vibes of the rooftop pool.
