I would not recommend living here, to put it as simply as I can, I am about 9 months into a 12 month lease, cant wait to get out of it. A few points: - The elevators are always broken. If you live on a high floor, you’ll use the stairs often. They will fix the elevators relatively quickly, but they’ll break right after - You will be harassed by a predatory parking enforcement company, EVEN IF you paying for parking already. My wife and I lived at AMLI Bellevue Park for two years (2023–2024). Our first year was amazing — Brett in the leasing office really set the bar high. He was super responsive, friendly, and always made sure our requests were handled quickly. It honestly felt like the community was being managed with care. Things changed a lot after Brett left. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share our experience at AMLI Bellevue Park so other families can make an informed decision. While living in Unit E104, my 10-year-old child witnessed a man fall to his death directly outside our balcony. The body remained uncovered for hours in full view of our unit and the area where my child exits daily to catch the school bus. One of the elevators breaks down almost every month, and sometimes both are out of service at the same time — which is really tough for a 9-floor apartment building. (Imagine carrying babies and strollers up and down the stairs!) I’ve lived here for 4 months, and both elevators have only worked properly for about two weeks total. Just moved into AMLI Bellevue Park and Matt from the leasing office has been absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly responsive to all my emails over the weekend, walked me through the entire payment process, etc. Matt went above and beyond when I needed help with some urgent paperwork for work. He helped me print documents and handle some time-sensitive verification forms, which was a lifesaver during a hectic move. Really appreciate his professionalism and willingness to help.
