It's only been 1 month since moved in and so far it is being great. The apartment is really beautiful and the spaces are well distributed, the building amenities are fantastic. I use the gym and the coworking space every day, totally worth it. The location is unbeatable. Hi! This might be a little late but hopefully can still be a good endorsement for those who’re interested in the apartment. I lived at the AMLI Bellevue park apartment for about 7 months and it was a lovely experience. This is a great location right next to the large and beautiful park and the Bellevue square mall. The staff was super friendly and the terms and conditions were all clear with no sneaky fees at the end of the lease term. **⭐ (1/5 stars)** **Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional Staff - Look Elsewhere** I cannot recommend AMLI Bellevue Park based on my experiences with the leasing office staff. Over multiple interactions, I encountered consistently poor customer service, particularly from staff members Matt and Derek, who displayed condescending attitudes and a clear lack of professionalism. We moved into this apartment in March and have had a great experience overall until recently. In the building with 9 floors, we are currently with NO working elevator and with NO updates on when this issue is going to be fixed. Imagine having an infant in the stroller and a 60lb dog which can´t walk stairs... And the elevators have not been the only issue as it seems. I have had a broken dishwasher for weeks now, too. I´m very disappointed.

Moving can be stressful, but going to Keyvan with questions has been incredibly valuable. He’s consistently helpful, responsive, and genuinely caring. He takes the time to listen, offers thoughtful solutions, and treats residents with real respect. His timely support and considerate approach truly stand out. I'm giving 4 stars overall, not a reflection of Keyvan, who deserves 5, but due to some less positive experiences with another staff member. That said, Keyvan has been a standout presence throughout my time here.
