I’ve recently moved to the area and have truly enjoyed my stay here. The apartment complex feels very safe and peaceful, which has made settling in such a positive experience. My studio apartment is surprisingly spacious, and I have a beautiful view of the park right outside my window. The staff has been incredibly helpful and kind. My husband and I were about to sign the lease on an apartment at AMLI Branch Park, but thankfully the amount of prejudice and dismissal shown to someone with a disability was staggering enough to let us know not to move there. Thanks Shelbi! I suffered a traumatic brain injury in the military that left me with painful sound sensitivity and auditory processing disorder. Just wanted to update my review to reflect my experience after having lived here for 6 months. It’s been one maintenance issue after another, maintenance is great and quick though, still can’t say enough great things about the maintenance staff, the office staff however is another story. Iani is still great, and there’s one other girl that’s nice, Amber I believe, but the rest are quite rude and have absolutely 0 compassion. The building and area is generally nice. But good luck with the leasing staff. They will do their best to take everything as lightly as they possibly can. In my 2 years of living here, I never once saw them address an issue with a sense of urgency or concern. Even when I was locked out of my apartment due to their Latch system breaking down they would just respond with “someone will stop by when they’re available” which meant anything from an hour to indefinitely. I'm a relatively new resident of the AMLI Branch Park and just wanted to commend the staff for their stellar service! Angelina is always so warm, helpful, and dedicated to providing great service! And Rickey at the leasing office was incredibly kind, supportive, and helpful at connecting me with my apartment and making the entire process smooth! Amber, Justin, Michael, Josh, etc. are all awesome, as well!
