AMLI Broadway Park was the best rental experience I have ever had! I am still sad I left. For perspective, I have lived in 11 different properties over the past 12 years so my review is coming from someone with rental experience in different parts of the country. I lived in 2 different units while at AMLI. Year 1: 1st floor loft; Year 2: 3rd floor 2-bed by pool. Leasing office: Great communication. I thoroughly enjoyed living at this property! The management and maintenance staff here is top notch. Omar on the maintenance team, specifically, deserves a huge shout out. He was so congenial, always greeting us in the hallways, and even remembered my dog’s name. It’s those little things that go a long way. It was truly one of the best apartment experiences we have ever had. I was sad to leave. I lived here for 1.5 years and I can say I enjoyed my time here and Mary from the leasing team is very helpful.. I would recommend living here. Pros: Easy access to public transport (RTD, busses, etc), supermarkets, Sam’s club and being next to S Broadway, made my life easier. They provide 1 indoor parking garage spot free and security wise I haven’t had problems since I didn’t go out alone at night and I have seen security people in the building, most of the days.. Love everything about this building BUT they turn off the AC starting mid fall through the winter. Had I known this I would have neverrrr signed here. Kind of insane to be paying this price and not have access to AC for half the year. Especially since I haven’t used my heater once and it’s already December. Has gone no lower than 70 degrees inside my apt even on a snow day Again, front desk people great, maintenance people great, great apt, great facility. Any event we get to host at AMLI Broadway Park is always one of our favorites. From the first class leasing team to the incredible community spaces, I’d highly recommend this spot for vendors and residents. The residents always show up engaged and welcoming as well.
