I honestly have nothing but good things to say about this complex. I moved in three weeks ago and everything has been great. Right off the bat, the tour was great. Charity at the front office was so friendly and helpful, making the process smooth. I love my unit. It's spacious and the perfect mix of modern and cozy. So many complexes now have a boutique, hotel-ish vibe. I like that these feel home-y. The maintence staff is great. Zach is the best! We toured many complexes in the Las Colinas area. Zach was the most professional and detailed during our tour. He answered every question without pressuring us to make a decision. He anticipated our needs as he listened to our situation and followed up appropriately. We felt welcomed from day one. While the property is stunning, the service is top notch.
Been living here for about 6 months now and loving it! The main office staff (specially Zach) are all amazing and attentive to the residents needs. Maintenance keeps the property looking nice and completes service request in less than a day. Not to mention the ongoing improvements around the property in the last few months! Definitely recommend moving here!
