I wanted to leave an honest review after completing our entire lease and move out process at AMLI. We personally had a great experience living here! Maintenance requests were always completed in a timely manner, and we really enjoyed the pools this summer. We also enjoyed the trail and surrounding neighborhood for walks. Our neighbors were super friendly. We were actually sad to leave, but we decided to move closer to work. Overall, we would definitely recommend living here!
After living in North Austin for 5 years, we were pleasantly greeted to South Austin with this apartment home. All of my experiences with the AMLI Covered Bridge employees has been positive. I am grateful for the activities and amenities (especially the pools.) My brother and I are in a 2 bed/2 bath and the inside of the apartment is very spacious and lush. We also now have a balcony for our cat to sunbathe. This Thanksgiving, I am thankful for our move to the AMLI Covered Bridge apartment homes.
My experience with AMLI Leasing has always been very positive. Addisyn was wonderful to work with—professional, kind, and consistently going above and beyond to help with any issues. After touring the property, I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the building, especially considering the high rent you’re charging. The common hallways were badly stained, reeked of garbage, and had visible cat litter, clumps of human hair, and multiple cockroaches crawling on the floor. These are not minor cosmetic issues; they reflect serious neglect in cleaning, pest control, and overall property maintenance. PLEASE READ BEFORE CONSIDERING THIS COMPLEX: I lived here for 1 year and upon move out, the complex decided to charge me over $300 for a working stove, fully functional, claiming it was "broken". The amli has FAILED to provide any EVIDENCE that the stove is broken or in need of replacement. The amli nickel and dimes their residents and I would suggest leasing elsewhere.
