I have been with you guys for 2 to 3 years and I can’t be happy enough. We want to resign our lease as soon as possible. The amenities are great. The neighbors are great. The maintenance team is responsive and always will to help. We can’t thank you guys enough for the hospitality and professionalism. Pay all this money to live "luxurious" just for amenities to never work, packages to be lost, dog urine in the stairways, dog feces on the sidewalks, trash in hallways, and being told "Sorry, there's nothing we can do" by staff. Been living here for years and have not been able to enjoy the bowling alley because the maintenance sucks. Just get rid of it if kids are going to destroy it every time they use it. This review will stay 1 star until AMLI reimburses me for a light bulb that I replaced on my own, which they refuse to do for some unknown bizarre reason, despite having previously agreed to do so and me having clear documentation of the purchase. I pay an absurd amount to live here, and yet I can't get reimbursed over a frigging bulb. Disgusting.
