AMLI Dry Creek staff are the best! Aside from friendly, attentive, fast, and efficient at running a fabulous apartment community… they also go above and beyond for fantastic experiences. This was our farmers market event where we got free produce… they’ve hosted pool parties, food truck Wednesdays, game nights, competitions, they have vendors coming by regularly to offer services … it is truly a fantastic community to live in! This review is long overdue, but I couldn’t leave without giving a 5 star! I lived here for the last year and could not have been happier the entire time. I moved from out of state, which was the smoothest transition from the beginning. As I settled in, the whole community was just wonderful! Everyone in the leasing office is amazing, knows me (and my dog, Styles) by name, the maintenance guys are the friendliest and fastest I have ever had, and all the residents are kind. This has hands down been the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. The staff here are beyond amazing — it’s hard to put into words just how kind and welcoming they are. Sometimes they feel like friends, other times like family. 💛 And my personal favorite is the sweet lady at the office who speaks a little bit of Korean — she’s the cutest! 😄 (I’m so sorry... I’ve been here for 10 months and have greatly enjoyed my experience. I have been impressed by the efforts in building upkeep, how professional and friendly the staff have been, and how well they partner with local businesses. And when I reference staff, I mean from the building custodians to the property manager. I get a smile and “good morning” from every one of them. Their communication is efficient. I am having an incredible experience living here. The management team is always responsive and helpful, making sure any maintenance requests are handled quickly. The amenities are top-notch and everything is always clean and well-maintained. The location is also fantastic.
