I lived here with my roommate for 12 months and moved out about a month ago. We just received our move-out statement, totaling approximately $600. This was a huge surprise because we took excellent care of the apartment. We didn't have pets, never wore our shoes on carpeted areas, and patched / sanded all holes in the wall prior to moving out. Overall had a very positive experience living here. There were a few issues but most of them were taken care of quickly. The units are very nice and spacious in a great part of Austin. Very walkable part of the city which is a huge pro to living here. I had a AC unit problem basically my whole time living here but it was taken care of each time very quickly. I am extremely frustrated with this apartment building. It has been weeks and I have provided three different ESA letters from two different doctors, and they are still refusing to accept them. I’ve already spent hundreds of dollars trying getting my cat approved as an ESA, and despite following every instruction they’ve given me, they continue to reject the letters, and make a new inconvenience every time. AMLI Eastside is amazing. Great location, wonderful pool and amenities. The best part of renting in this building is the service. Kudos to Matthew and Brittany who helped make renting easy. Great value and support. Highly recommend.

I do not recommend living here. We just moved out, and the entire experience with management was incredibly frustrating. Before moving out, my husband spoke with the office and was told not to worry about small things like patching nail holes or cleaning—we were assured we’d get our full deposit back. That was not the case. They ended up keeping our full security deposit, claiming it was for spackling and “carpet discoloration”—even though there was no discoloration.
