My boyfriend and I moved to the AMLI in May and we are LOVING it here! The rooftop is absolutely gorgeous and we love that there is a community garden that looks well-taken care of. The amenities are incredible. We love that we have accessible parking here and bike storage. When we quickly discovered that we needed extra storage a few months ago, Ari quickly let us know that there was an open storage unit on our floor around the corner from our unit. I've lived here for three months now and love it! My apartment is beautiful. The lounge, gym, and rooftop are wonderful amenities. The location is ideal for shops, restaurants, train access, and walking. The staff is always helpful. The property is very well-maintained. So happy with my choice. Highly recommend!
We have been so please with our initial move in experience. Eric (the AMLI Rep who helped us out) was friendly, professional, and very helpful. Our unit was spotless and ready for move in. It's only been 24 hours, but so far everything has been perfect!
We lived at AMLI Evanston for almost 2.5 years, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. From the very beginning, there were problems. When we applied online, we were shown a unit over video that turned out to be completely different from the one we were actually given. The apartment we moved into was on the second floor facing an alley, with the view almost completely blocked by another old building.
