I’ve had a fantastic experience living here. The leasing staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating, the concierge team goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome, and the maintenance team is fast, kind and responsive. For a building of this size, it’s well-managed. The modern design—particularly the floor-to-ceiling windows—creates a bright, stylish atmosphere that decorated well makes the space feel pretty spectacular. Follow up on my one year anniversary At AMLI!! Living at AMLI Fountain Place has been a wonderful experience. Pros: * The people who live here are awesome—friendly and easy to get along with. * The views and balconies are honestly beautiful. * Maintenance team is on point—super helpful and quick to fix things. Cons: * The leasing office can be pretty rude. Shawnnda and the newer staff won’t even acknowledge you if you’re already a resident.
