I lived at AMLI Lakeline until September 2025 and had one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with an apartment community. During my move-out, the property manager treated me with hostility and accused me of doing something illegal simply for asking if they could forward my wife’s driver’s license that arrived after I relocated for work. We’ve lived here for 8 months and will not be renewing our lease. I’ve repeatedly reported that someone has been intentionally placing nails under car tires in the parking garage. I even picked up several nails myself and showed them to the leasing agent, but management has still done nothing. Both of our cars ended up with nails within just a month and a half. I have been living here for 1 years now. I'm very satisfied and happy living here. The staff is amazing and willing to listen if there is a problem. The whole place is spotless. The whole building is cleaned everyday and it cannot be more cleaned. Lauriana and Mr Dios are just amazing at keeping the place super clean. I’ve experienced ongoing issues with marijuana and other unpleasant odors seeping into my unit from neighboring apartments. Although the property is advertised as a smoke-free community, this policy doesn’t seem to be consistently enforced, and I can still smell smoke even as I write this review. The leasing office staff have been friendly and responsive — they issued smoking violations early on and tried to address the issue, which I really appreciate. AMLI Lakeline has been the most beautiful, and welcoming apartment we’ve been to. The staff is overall AMAZING!! We felt very welcomed by them and the people here. The amenities and outside area are so relaxing and beautiful, I just love having people over to show them around this beautiful awesome place!! Besides that, they have a kids craft area for the little ones and the pool is overall kid proof in deepness.
