The leasing specialist was welcoming and patient. He took the time to walk me through a couple of timing scenarios for moving in to include which units would be available, floors, and views. Transparent pricing/no tricky fees and charges was great to hear. The property is not only beautiful but also exceptionally maintained. I fell in love with the east facing views. Security is important for me so the consierge and 24 hour security checked that box! This is by far the best tour experience I have had.

The place was well kept, clean and appeared to be a friendly and safe environment. The gentleman who did my tour was friendly, knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions about the property. Although, I wish it was a true non-smoking environment and there was a dedicated movie room to watch movies, I enjoyed the size of the units and that you can only go to your floor you live on and the common areas which is a great safety feature for residents.

I will never look at this property the same. I asked questions to make sure if credit mattered before applying. I asked more than once, on more than one day, and kept getting the same response that credit didn’t matter to get approved. (It would just be extra $500 on top of $750 deposit) I even called and got a different leasing agent, and was told the same thing about how credit doesn’t matter.
