Ms Maria was very helpful in switching out my fridge for me. We talked and bonded over golden girls and our love for watching shows from before the 2000s!! she even wiped down all the appliances for me and helped move around furniture so we could make the switch smoothly. I’ve only lived here less than 6 months but this was my fav interaction with maintenance yet. Thank you again Ms Maria!

Experience! I recently toured this apartment, and I was very impressed! The space was clean, bright, and exactly as described in the listing. The layout was well-designed, with plenty of natural light and modern finishes throughout. A beautiful community with good facilities. Although I experienced some issues during my tenancy, the office staff paid attention and took good care of them. It took some time, which is understandable given the number of units, but my experience was that if you communicate with the office, they genuinely care and work to find the best possible solution to provide a good living experience.
