Our leasing agents, Sophie and Stephanie, were terrific. They were so thorough in introducing us to the Amli Littleton Village. They were friendly and welcomed us warmly. They acquainted us with all the amenities of the complex. They communicated clearly that there were a lot of events, interaction and camaraderie between residents and staff. Our tour of the unit we were interested in was very thorough. We loved the unit and hope to be able to rent with Amli in the near future.
I’ve lived in this apartment community for over three years, and I just have to give a huge shout-out to Savannah! She was actually my very first contact with AMLI Littleton Village, and from day one she set the tone for how welcoming and supportive this community can be. It’s been a year and a half since I moved out, and I realized I never came back to leave a review. Most people only leave reviews when they’ve had a bad experience, but I think it’s just as important to share when you’ve had a great experience too! I lived here for four years, and overall, I had an amazing experience. Of course, every place will have a few small issues now and then, but if those problems are minor and handled quickly, they really don’t count for much. Savannah was happy to assist me at my convenience. She supported me to ensure I had the easiest access to my unit for move in. When we encountered a temporary issue with an appliance, Savannah ensured I had access to what I needed while a repair order was placed. The repair was successfully made first thing Monday morning. All around, it has been a great experience!
Overall, this is a nice community in a great location. The staff clearly take pride in the property, keeping it clean and well-maintained, and maintenance here is the best I’ve ever experienced—fast and responsive. The amenities are also great: pool, grill/fire pit, game room, business center, and a rooftop patio with mountain views. I’ve met some wonderful neighbors too.
