We have absolutely loved our experience at AMLI Lofts—it has truly felt like home throughout our entire time in Chicago. I have truly enjoyed my stay at the Lofts. The front desk personnel are phenomenal. I have stayed in a few apartment buildings in downtown Chicago and I can say you will not find a crew that will make you feel more like you’re home. The leasing team and management are also amazing. The can be very accommodating and really do try their best to assist. The maintenance crew is amazing as well and requests are responded to in no time. I loved my stay and would definitely be my top choice when I move back to the city!
Amazing place to live ❤️ The whole leasing team have been great throughout our stay at Amli Isaiah/ Giovanna/ Amanda/ Adriana they are super friendly to work with! Maintenance team is very efficient and responsive. Best place to rental experience so far. Janiyah at the front desk does an amazing job. Only flip side was our lease renewal at the end of 2023, that came in at a very high rate. I am so glad we found this apartment.
I have thoroughly enjoyed living here for the past two years. When we were ready to upgrade, transferring units was a seamless and quick process, and they even upgraded a few appliances for us. Throughout our time here, we have always felt safe and valued as residents. The building is impeccably managed, and everything runs smoothly. We have no plans to leave anytime soon—this place is truly a hidden gem in Chicago!
I had such an amazing time here! I lived here during the last two years of medical school. It was conveniently located near the freeway and several CTA stations so commuting around the city for my rotations was pretty easy. South Loop is a nice and quiet neighborhood but you can easily access Chinatown and the loop. The staff were all super friendly and I will surely miss all of them, especially the Polk Street side front desk personnel! Would highly recommend for students looking for a place to stay in Chicago.
