Love this apartment building. They do the best job with amenities upkeep. The pool furniture is always updating. They actually drain the pool and the hot-tub. They keep the pool warm all year long. I haven’t seen anything like it before in an apartment complex.
Glenda was great at helping us find the perfect apartment. She showed us around the property and helped us fill out the application. She will not disappoint.
I lived here for over two years and am no longer a resident due to unresolved issues. I did not leave reviews while a tenant because I was working in good faith to resolve the issues. Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful. The five star reviews you see are solicited by management from new tenants to leave glowing reviews after being starstruck by the nice marina views and expansive amenities after moving in. I’ve had a great experience living at AMLI Marina Del Rey so far. I moved here after losing my home in the fires, and the support and kindness I’ve received from the staff have truly made a difficult time much easier. The building is clean, well-maintained, and feels very secure. The management team is friendly and responsive—maintenance requests are usually handled within 24 hours, which is a huge plus.
