Perfect apartment! We had lived for 1 year. The best things are nice location (abutting Market st and Locks), efficient structure of 2-bed unit, neat amenity places (nice gym and rooftop), and professional maintenance (Jimmy is best). This apartment will be your best choice in Ballard.
This is a great place to live I have no compliants. The staff is friendly and maintenance is always quick. I love my unit its quite spacious and I have a huge balcony. Jimmy is a great maintenance man I gotta shout him out everytime! Hes always nice to run into around the apartment complex and great to have conversations with.
I can’t express enough how wonderful it is to live in this community. Jimmy, Charlie, Jim, Courtney and the other staff have been excellent to work with. I have been a resident for going on four years and this community has been nothing but consistent. They deliver the upmost in customer service and quality of life. I sometimes have to pinch myself because it almost seems too good to be true to live in such a beautiful location along with the staff who keeps it that way. We lived here for 2.5 years and it was the best apartment we have lived in. Due to work we have transferred a lot from NYC, Miami, Dallas, DC, etc. and we have never found such lovely staff, facilities, and location. Cortni, Luke, Jim, and Jimmy were so lovely. They remembered who we were, very professional, helpful and always gave pets to our dog. The facilities were always kept clean and if we ever needed anything it was prompt. This place has a serious dog problem. There is constantly dog pee in the stairwells, dog poop outside the entrances, dogs barking in the hallways. The floors are not sound proofed, so you will constantly hear your neighbors dogs jumping up and down. I’ve had dogs lunge at me in the stairwells, dogs nip at me in the elevator. If you want to be the dog-centric apartment building, you should advertise it as such.
