29 is an amazing community! The building is stunning, the amenities are top-notch, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. The staff makes everything so smooth and enjoyable. They are attentive, polite, and genuinely care about the residents. Ray especially stands out for his great customer service; he’s approachable, helpful, and makes every interaction a positive one. Truly a beautiful place to live with an incredible team behind it!
I recently toured here with Ray, and it was such a great experience! He was extremely professional, patient, and friendly throughout the entire tour. He took the time to answer all of my questions and really highlighted everything the property has to offer. The building is beautiful, the amenities are impressive, and the whole team makes you feel welcome from the start. His customer service truly stood out and made the visit feel personal and enjoyable!
I had a great experience touring the apartment. The amenities were absolutely beautiful, modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Alyssa was so nice and welcoming throughout the tour. She was patient with all my questions and very knowledgeable about the property. I never felt rushed, and she made the whole process easy. Highly recommend checking this place out!
Leo gives the best hospitality! You can tell his team is super coordinated and they always respond right away to any question. The place is close to everything, with quick access to any part of Miami, and the amenities are honestly the best. Living at Amli 29 feels smooth and easy!!!
AMAZING BUILDING, STAFF, AMENITIES, LIVING EXPERIENCE! huge shout out to Anabel in the leasing office she is absolutely incredible and made the process so easy and seamless - the entire leasing team has excellent customer service and handled everything with care. Gorgeous building with great amenities - highly recommend!
