Jose came to replace my dishwasher and did an excellent job. He was professional, efficient, and very courteous about keeping my kitchen clean, he even made sure not to step on or dirty my rug. The installation was smooth, and everything works perfectly. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and respectful manner. Highly recommend Jose for any maintenance work!

I love living in this building- I'm currently on my third lease and have made wonderful friends from living in the building and attending community events. Special shout-out to the friendly staff who go a very long way to contribute to the positive experience. Specifically, shout-out to Jose on the maintenance team for his positive attitude, professionalism, efficiency in his work, and handling all tasks related to home repairs in a prompt manner!
Midtown 29 leasing agents have been wonderful, and I especially want to recognize Alyssa, Kassandra, Leo, and Cindy at the concierge desk. I’ve been here almost a month now and really love it. The location is great, the building is nice, and the pool and gym are a big plus. What really makes this place stand out is the people. Moving to Miami came with a few bumps, but Ray helped me through everything and made the whole process much less stressful.
