Moved in back in November and we were promised all of these amazing new amenities by March. It’s now nearing the end of June and have not had any of them completed including the pool, courtyard, or gym since we moved in. We pay an outrageous rent to live here and get none of the amenities. The courtyard has made NO progress since they ripped it apart in February. No place is perfect, but I've lived in poorly managed properties in the past and this place is overall really enjoyable. The leasing office is competent and they take pride in their work. They actually care and are helpful. They did botch the pool renovation by waiting until like April to start it and delaying it to open until August. Outside of that, great. Living at AMLI Old Fourth Ward has been extremely disappointing. Security is a major concern. Our vehicle was stolen from the highest floor of the garage due to access issues and a lack of proper safeguards. We struggled for an entire week to get any kind of camera footage or support from management and it was not treated as an importance to them. I’ll update this review as I continue to live at AMLI Old 4th Ward. I’ve lived here about a week, and so far I’m really happy with the property and the front office. Ian has been a pleasure to work with both prior to and after I’ve moved in. Most importantly, the maintenance team is top notch. I’ve had a few things not work within the first few days (which I think is typical) and they’ve all been resolved within 12 hours of submitting a maintenance request.

We had an amazing experience with manager Alexandria⭐️She is very professional, responsive, motivated, positive, patient employee! As a manager she met all our needs. Hopefully, we’ll be happy living here as well.
