After living here for four years, it is disappointing to see how much the quality and management have declined in the last year. When I first moved in, the community was well-maintained, responsive, and secure. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. My new car was hit in the parking garage in full view of a security camera, but I was told that all cameras had been down for over a month while waiting for parts. No place is perfect, but I've lived in poorly managed properties in the past and this place is overall really enjoyable. The leasing office is competent and they take pride in their work. They actually care and are helpful. They did botch the pool renovation by waiting until like April to start it and delaying it to open until August. Outside of that, great. Moved in back in November and we were promised all of these amazing new amenities by March. It’s now nearing the end of June and have not had any of them completed including the pool, courtyard, or gym since we moved in. We pay an outrageous rent to live here and get none of the amenities. The courtyard has made NO progress since they ripped it apart in February. Nala had assisted me today on touring a few properties today and she was very helpful with my application process. She was very professional and made me feel welcomed during the whole process! The property units are also very nice! I recommend AMLI and ask for Nala!
