Amli on riverside is a great place to live. It’s safe, clean and quiet. I appreciate the gated entry ways to each building. It’s in a prime location close to downtown, lake Carolyn, downtown Dallas and walkable distance to pizza, cold stone, 7/11 and more. The staff is always friendly and maintenance is quick to respond if you need anything. The residents are quiet and very respectful. Hello, I must admit that your community representative was phenomenal. I felt very comfortable with her and the apartment(s) tour. She is amazing! The AMLI Riverside community is a quality place that offers every amenity one could ask for. I have told several friends about the on-site fitness center, which is a major plus when seeking a home. Ample parking, business center, beautiful community room and great central location makes this the place to be!
Review is for the onboarding process - Lo was the employee helping me out navigate through the application process. She was friendly and very professional. I had some questions and ran into an IT error, but she provided all the information I needed and fixed the issue. Overall she was great to work with!
Andrea at the Amli Riverside Apartments was fantastic. I stopped by this beautiful, well-kept property today and was greeted with a warm smile and truly positive energy. She made the visit welcoming and easy. I highly recommend this community and their amazing staff!
This apartment complex is now a shell of what it once was & please avoid if you can. **Updated** John the Property manager reached out to me after this review to address my concerns/experience each thoroughly which was very much appreciated. Along with this, seeing an opportunity for growth within. Seems like this place will be able to turn around as it’s in good hands with John going forward, fingers crossed.
