Extraordinarily well run apartment building. Leasing management, maintenance and facilities all top notch. Nice spot near downtown with all that Uptown Denver offers, with a surprising amount of greenspace nearby to find a place to walk the dog. Excellent amenities, and very pet friendly. We plan on staying here for a good long time.
I lived here for a year, then transferred to another AMLI building because everything was so nice and smooth at Park. We're finding out through experience that Park Ave was just an exceptionally run AMLI. It's one of my favorite neighborhoods in Denver, the building is charming (compared to a lot of the corporate-feeling apartments in Denver), and the management was super accommodating.
The entire AMLI Park Ave team does an amazing job of managing the building and keeping the facility in top shape. We always appreciate the responsiveness and thoughtfulness of the staff. These folks are pros and are committed to creating a pleasant home environment for all residents.
I’ve been a resident of AMLI Park Avenue for 5 years. Not only is the staff professional, friendly, and responsive but the surrounding neighborhood is also a treat. Local food, drinks, yoga and dry cleaning right outside my door. Love, love, love that the hot tub is open year round!!!
I just wanted to send this review out because everybody needs to know how amazing Amli at Park Avenue is these guys go above and beyond it’s out of this world. Ari, the Office personnel she is absolutely delightful and incredible and will help you through anything you need. The maintenance crew deserves 10 stars, Marcusss is a total G, he can fix anything and they are on it.
