I've been living at AMLI for about 2 1/2 months now and I couldn't be happier with my decision to call this place home. Right from the application process the staff here have been incredibly welcoming. Be sure to ask for Alex in the leasing office. She was very helpful in helping me apply. The amenities are what really sold it! We have a parcel room that ensures our packages are secure, a gym, a rooftop pizza grill, dart boards, and a heated pool. When we were up for lease renewal they wanted to raise the rent There are a few things about Amli that made it very challenging to live there. The biggest issue was that if you have a unit facing Broadway, it is very noisy. The police and fire trucks are constantly going down Broadway with their sirens blaring at all hours of the night. Further the library has a large unhoused encampment which is also very noisy. Also, when moving out make sure you take videos and pictures of the condition of the unit. A great apartment complex. The units were new, spacious, and overall had competitive rents compared to others in downtown LB. The staff were great and the maintenance workers were all stars. The surrounding area is generally safe, though I would be careful walking at night, as is the case in any major city. The apartment is close to the freeway. Good amenities (spacious gym, pool, outdoor deck areas). The move out process was smooth and transparent. Overall would highly recommend Amli!

I’ve been living in this building for almost 6 months and it’s been a great experience overall. The management team is professional, responsive, and always ready to help with any concerns. I had a great tour of the building before moving in, and it really helped me make the decision with confidence. Alex was welcoming, informative, and took the time to show me multiple units and answer all my questions.
