We just moved in about a month ago and we love it here. Julian was our first point of contact for our tour and has been helpful to us every step of the way since we moved in, even hand delivering our keys and fob to us on a hectic move in day AND we were parked on the other side of the apartments. I had a very disappointing experience with the leasing agent, Nigel. From the start, his demeanor was extremely rude and unprofessional. Every interaction felt rushed and snappy, basic questions were met with attitude, and he repeatedly rolled his eyes during our conversation. As a potential tenant, this was uncomfortable and completely unacceptable. Leasing agents are often the first impression of a property, and this experience alone was enough to turn me away. Customer service and basic respect were clearly lacking.
Quin has been an amazing leasing agent. She answers promptly, provides great customer service, and her sense of humor makes every interaction enjoyable. She’s truly great company and I couldn’t ask for anyone better. She made my move in experience incredibly easy.
(UPDATE: Nov 2024) MY CAR WAS BROKEN INTO!!! Pictures attached. I have lived in a lot of places in Atlanta and this is by far the most unsecure location. This is the first time I feel so unsafe. Right inside the resident parking lot. I really can't wait to get away from here. People are strolling in the parking lot every night, smoking, breaking into cars.
