Lived here for 2 years and the best part was the staff. While moving out, I had forgotten a few things and the staff went out of their way to help ship it to my new place. Huge shoutout to Bridget for prompt communication and also helping with the shipping! The AMLI staff truly understand that where you live is important and will always try to make feel at home.

I really loved my experience touring AMLI Ponce Park! Angie was an incredible guide to the property. She even took the time to show me the Beltline since I had never seen it before. I am really glad I was able to tour this property and am strongly considering it to rent because of its location, facilities, free parking, and friendly staff.

Very responsive when it comes to maintenance! Love the community and the updates provided by the leasing office weekly. The preventative maintenance is a huge plus, as well as the up keep of the properties visual appearance. Safety is our main priority and seems like the complex is very well secured in all areas from the parking garage to the entrance's.

Arthur and the maintenance team do AMAZING and, most importantly, timely work. Whenever something goes awry in my unit, they take care of it quickly and properly. One of many reasons I’ve stayed at ponce park these last 4 years!

Amli Ponce Park has excellent maintenance service. I was having issues with a leak under my kitchen sink, called maintenance and they came in very fast during the weekend as it was an emergency. Erick Frazier, was the maintenance person that helped me, he identified the issue fast and fixed the issue from the root by replacing the kitchen faucet. Very grateful to have such a good maintenance service.
