Shout out to Denny, the maintenance staff who timely fixed my disposal and water leak within the morning. He is so friendly, polite (wears shoes wrap as requested), and professional! The entire leasing team has been supportive, too, in highlighting my concern and expediting solutions.

I just moved in and was very impressed with how smooth the application and move in process went. Halle was my leasing agent and she is the best! She took the time to walk me through the apartment virtually and checked in with me before my move-in day. The apartment was spotless, and they even included a welcome package with Meyer’s products. The area is very walkable and appears to be safe. So far, I would recommend the AMLI Quadrangle to young professionals new to the area.

I have nothing but good things to say about my time living at the Amli. The management, maintenance, and cleaning staff were not only nice people, but were also very good at their jobs. This building was run very well, and I would have definitely re-signed my lease if I didn’t have to move out of state due to work. Kudos!

Appreciate friendly staffs who showed me a great tour and helped smoothly with enrollment process! Called out Autumn for switching apartments and always answer my questions! Kylie for showing me around twice and ensure what’s best room for me! Good location, plenty parking, modern interior, and cute community! Look forward to living here in July!

Updating my review after the elevator has finally been fixed: Beautiful apartments & community. Location couldn’t be better. Leasing office is great. Ownership / property management, not so much. Lobby elevator was down for more than a month & sometimes both elevators are down at the same time. Nothing done to make the inconvenience up to the residents.
