Meant to make this review a while back but now that I’ve been here for just about 3 months, I can more accurately speak to what living here is truly like. AND I LOVE IT!!! From the start I felt good about my decision to sign a lease without actually touring the place or the neighborhood in person (moved from FL to Denver). I used Smart City Finders and my agent was allowed to tour the unit for me and send pics/videos. The neighborhood has improved but there are still issues. We had a car stolen from the property, and the staff was not helpful at all, suggesting that the car was repossessed. There is still homeless people that wander around and shout at you. There is also the ongoing construction, there has been multiple delays and setback. Been living here for 2 years and really enjoy it! The management and maintenance is fantastic and more responsive than any complex I've lived at in the past 5 years. The apartments are nice and are pretty decent at keeping noise out. Only complaint I have is the parking. No one enforces who should be parking in the garage and who shouldn't be.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this property and the staff!! It has an artsy, industrial vibe, with so much fun art and funky designs around every corner. We live off a Badminton court with grills that is SO great when we have friends over. They do regular air filter changes, keep their hallways CLEAN, and always organize the package room (which I swear has saved me hours of time over my year and a half here.) This review is long overdue, but absolutely deserved—10/10. When I toured this location, Mia was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to show me not only multiple places at AMLI RiNo, but also AMLI Denargo and AMLI Art District. Throughout the tour, she was attentive to what I was looking for and made sure my opinions truly mattered. Hands down, this was one of the best apartment tour experiences I’ve ever had.
