I’m so sick of the excuses here - the patronizing notes back from management and the leasing office are so frustrating and disrespectful to the tenants that try to provide feedback to make this a nice and safe place to live. Updating my review from 5 starts to 2 after living here for 3 months: (This review is not directed to towards the leasing agents and maintenance, they are very helpful and friendly). Echoing what many residents have shared, the constant pool repairs are just ridiculous. I see reviews from last year pointing the same issue and even when it toured it was closed due to repairs. I don't live here yet, but I toured initially with Alan, then again with Christian and followed up with everything with Sydney and they were so friendly and helpful and kind throughout the whole process. Alan showed me all the various apartments that fit in my quite specific description. Christian was great to reshow me everything and talk about other details/answer all of my questions that I had forgotten to ask. Sydney was so helpful once we applied. 1-Year Update (1 Star) TL;DR: Great location. Endless construction. Management avoids accountability. Tenants frustrated. If you’re considering touring - know that living here means constant construction noise, dust, and chemical smells. Interior-facing units are the worst. My husband and I lived at AMLI Riverfront Green for 3.5 years and truly loved our apartment and living experience. Visiting family and guests frequently complimented the luxuriousness of the facility, comparing it to a hotel. The location and amenities of Riverfront Green truly can't be beat.
