Have really enjoyed living at Amli. Such an incredible location and community. Jen in the leasing office has been so helpful and friendly since the day I toured the property. Super pleased with my decision to move here. Absolutely love living on the trail and having a food truck court yard on property. Location is always clean and feels really safe.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with the team at AMLI Southshore, especially Jen and Calli. Back in March 2025, I toured the community with Jen. I’m planning a major move to Texas soon, which has had me touring communities all across the state. Just moved into AMLI South Shore and it’s been one of the best moving experiences I’ve had. Adan has helped me every step of the way with any questions I’ve had. Beautiful view of the lake, clean amenities, super pet friendly, quick maintenance team, and overall such a lovely community. I highly recommend moving here. I toured many apartments in Austin over the summer and I am so glad I chose AMLI South Shore. You won’t regret it! :)
