Living at AMLI Spring District has been such a highlight lately. The resident events have been so much fun and it really feels like the team is putting extra effort into creating a sense of community. I just moved into AMLI Spring District and couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. From start to finish, the leasing team made the process seamless. They were attentive, professional, and truly cared about making sure everything was perfect for my move in. I did a self-guided tour at Spring District and was really impressed! The process was super easy and convenient, and everything was spotless and well-organized when I arrived. The building feels modern and high-end, and the amenities are beautiful. especially the fitness center and rooftop deck. The location is great too, with tons of dining and parks nearby. Even without meeting anyone in person, the team made it simple to explore and made me feel welcome. Highly recommend checking it out!
I have been to many different apartments but honestly after coming to AMLI I met one of the kindest, most patient and respectful people named Maddie. She’s knows the job, is well spoken, and looks very professional. I’m recommending her and AMLI if you’re looking for a classy quiet place go meet Maddie. I used to love this community as well. The amenities and location are great. However, the management issues completely overshadow these positives. 1. Excessive Move-Out Charges: On my move-out day, the elevator was down so my movers had to spend extra time moving and loading my stuff.
