*When I first went to pick up the keys for the apartment I rented, I was shocked by the condition it was in. The unit was extremely dirty, the paint was in terrible shape, and nothing was fixed before I moved in. My refrigerator is rusted, there were too many insects, worms, and a constant feeling of humidity inside the apartment. I even had personal belongings in my closet become rusted due to the dampness. Had an awesome experience with Leah as our leasing agent. She made the process very easy, and helped us find our home at Toscana Place. The community is very clean and the staff are nice and helpful! By far the best and nicest community we toured in Davie, and our two dogs absolutely love the dog park. If you’re thinking about leasing here ask for Leah! You will not regret it. Thank you to the team at AMLI for making our leasing and moving process so smooth.

I’m leaving this review based on an experience I had while visiting a friend who lives at AMLI Toscana Place. My friend doesn’t want to leave a review, but I feel it’s important to share how we were treated in the office. During our visit, Krizia (the property manager) came across with a noticeably poor attitude. She was dismissive, short, and gave off a “high horse” vibe that made the interaction uncomfortable.
