My husband and I have been living here for about a year and a half now. Remi, husband or go to present since day one always trust his judgment so anytime we had a question about either the gym or the business office pool anything really he was our main person to go to. I can tell this complex is going downhill (though I’m hoping it won’t). It used to be a great community with the best staff but it’s apparent with being sold off to become “the Kitt” that the complex is losing the personal touch that made the AMLI worth living in. In fact, they even just introduced their AI assistant “Bailey” that you’re supposed to ask all your questions to now. What a joke. The world doesn’t need anymore AI destroying our planet thanks. Actually unfortunately I have to update this review & if I could I would give this no stars. Don’t move here. You will be gaslit by management and treated very poorly. It just got bought out and is a nightmare but it kinda always has been for me since moving here almost a year ago. I’m miserable here. Theres issues every single month you will deal with, fire alarms going off, piping issues, parking issues bc there’s not enough spots that aren’t compact, garage cleaning, intercom issues, electricity issues, and then most othe... read more

update: its actually insane that the fire alarms have gone off twice in a row this week. Don't expect to be able to sleep in at this place. Its actually absurd how many times they have said they were going to "fix it" and it still hasn't been fixed. The new ownership/management has not been doing the best job. They don't help you when it comes to lost packages and instead of letting you speak to the manager they try to divert you to speaking with their staff members. This apartment building is very nice very clean and very well organized. I’ve lived at the AMLI Warner Center about five years ago for three years and I was very satisfied. The committee has a very nice pool and the Jacuzzi and two separate areas for barbecues next to the pool with a fireplace. Also behind the community building there is couple more barbecue areas and exercise areas as well as a dog park I recommend this apartment building to anyone that would like Take me to Woodland Hills area.
