They’ll be nice and friendly in the beginning. But then they’ll harass and surevy your use of amenities. They’ll smile in your face and then huddle up in the office (in the back) to talk bad about you. They’ll see you walk in (as a paying resident) and they will not say “hi” or “good morning “. I pay my rent on time. I’m quiet. I’m considerate. I use my own paper for the printer. I leave extra paper in the printer. I love living at AMLI West Plano. The front office staff is friendly and attentive to any concerns residents may have. The Maintenance staff is knowledgeable and quickly resolves issues whether it’s an emergency work order or not. Everyone is professional and makes living here enjoyable!

Nobody seems to know what’s really going on in this apartment complex or who’s actually in charge. I got the keys on the 21st of last month, and I still haven’t been able to fully move in because of the unprofessional behavior of the manager and staff. Meanwhile, I’ve paid everything in full and have been forced to rent another place on a daily basis — at my own expense — just to wait for them to do their job. I love it here at Amli West Plano! I feel very safe and secure. I haven’t felt this safe since 2017. I am finally able to get sleep. I moved here from Frisco and was unsafe in a brand new community there. Here at Amli, maintenance is on top of everything just as much as everyone in the leasing office. Jocelyn is amazing! She’s kind and always willing to assist with a smile. I don’t have any complaints about anything. Prior to moving here, I heard nothing but good things about Amli - and they did not disappoint.

I love living at AMLI West Plano! The atmosphere is great! The convenience of restaurants, stores, and other retailers is excellent. Residents seem to be kind and friendly, as well as the staff in the office and maintenance staff. I feel like I’m at home in a safe place. I would recommend a AMLI West Plano to anybody.
