Just wow! Alyssa and Leo must have gone to the Ritz Carlton school of hospitality! Their attention to detail is extraordinary. From the first tour to move-in day, every interaction was polished, thoughtful, and seamless. They anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, making the entire process effortless. Living at AMLI Wynwood is already a luxury experience, with amazing food just steps away. Great pizza, incredible Indian cuisine, and so much more all within a block.

From the moment I toured the property, I knew this was where I wanted to live. The entire AMLI team is exceptional—from the leasing staff to the concierge, everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel right at home. I would just like to thank Leo for making this community not just welcoming, but a home for me. He’s gone above and beyond from the beginning of touring apartments, to a smile and a wave every time we cross paths. I’ve now lived in the building for a few months and everything has gone smoothly. Maintenance has come the same day for both of my requests. I haven’t had any issues with WiFi or electric so far. The views from the roof are incredible. We recently moved to Miami from out of state, and working with Leo made the entire process so smooth and stress-free. This building has amazing amenities, rooftop pool, 24/7 fitness center, multiple co-working spaces and private offices. The finishes in the apartment are stunning, most apartments feature an oversized kitchen island and top of the line Samsung appliances. The staff is amazing and extremely welcoming every time I bring clients. Leo, Alyssa, Roman and Alex are always very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire application and approval process. I’ll continue to bring many more clients in the future!
