I met Eric and his wife at the Somerville Street Fair, and Eric immediately stood out for his friendliness, knowledge, and genuine passion for helping people. Pam was very informative and advised what to expect. She also assisted in setting up the app… all in all a nice visit and we got the storage unit!
Pam and Chris were extremely helpful, courteous and polite. Facility is vey new and immaculate. Would definitely consider additional storage units if my needs change. Overall well done.
Exceptional customer service from Pam - - she made the whole experience easy and painless. Worked hard to get us the best price for the units needed, which was very competitive if not better than all the other storage sites in the area.
