I went to Antlanic Self storage on Dunn Ave and im glad they provided me with a poor level of service and I ended up going to the West Duval location. I received good customer service at this location and the prices were cheaper (the prices vary by location). Its 24 hour access and in a tucked away location away from main roads. The sign-up fee is reasonable and there is an app you can use to monitor your account and access your entry code.
Horrible i have trusted my utility trailer to be safe here. I mean there is 24hour access there used to be an electric fence that was removed. The cameras were too far away from vehicle storage. With that being said someone was able to break into my trailer and steal almost everything I worked for. Thousands of dollars of tools amongst other property of mine. Friendly staff. Facility is clean enough. Buildings are showing age as are the fences yet they still raise the rental rate EVERY 6 months!! I have only been here for 6 months! I could see this after a year or two or had I come in under an online special but I came in at market prices! Had I known this, I would have avoided Atlantic Self Storage. They are no different than the other larger companies such as Public Storage or Extra Space. The only difference is, the latter two have much better kept facilities than the run down... read more
Very friendly and helpful staff. My son had put my car into storage due to me being out of state and when I would call or email for information on my unit, they were very helpful and accommodating to my needs..
Nice and very clean. The manager is awesome. I needed a temporary storage unit while between moves. I wanted a place out of a flood zone and close to where I was moving from. After some research, I found an online deal for a standard non-climate-controlled unit at Atlantic Self Storage on Duval Pl near the airport.
