Overlocks unit on the 6th day after payment due! That's nearly 1/2 if the national average. They suspend gatecode, remotely. Nobody even works there, they just LIVE there. Elevator has been intermittently working the entire time I've rented which means that disabled people have to haul everything up & down stairs. No reduced rent when elevator is not working. After a yr of waiting for elevator to be fixed (no one contacted us to say it was broken or fixed) it finally was fixed. Now I come here with my husband to put some very heavy stuff in unit to find elevator is not working yet again. Idk if it’s broken or not because when I called and asked I was told it shouldn’t be they will try to find someone to come look at it. In this world of the economy that we have and the poor customer service I can tell you that my experience at this location was nothing but top notch. Lisa is a complete treasure, she is professional yet very kind and very polite. Every single time I either went in to the office or saw her on the grounds I was always greeted with a smile and a wave. This location is very clean and has easy access from Blanding Boulevard. Lisa was amazing! It was easy. She was SO friendly. She didn't seem bothered by our business, in fact she was happy to show us the unit. She takes pride in her job. My husband and I found the process stress free... while we are moving(which is stressful enough). Thank you so much for a hassle free storage option.
STAY AWAY!!!! Their rates went even higher, they have horrible customer service, and they charge another month of service if you don’t give a 15 day notice.
