The facility seems safe and is conveniently located. My storage door is pretty rusty. Unfortunately, they increased the costs for my drive-up unit to $241/month. I've had the unit for about a year, so a 30% increase is pretty disappointing. This is the 2nd time they've increased the monthly rate. I'd only recommend this location if you are using it for a short time period.
I recently rented from this location for the second time, and each time I have received a great rate and stellar customer service. Janice was so helpful. She took her time to go over different unit options and helped me find the best fit for my price range.
I honestly gotta say from the minute I talked to The switchboard in the morning before the place was opened. I was treated with utmost respect. I was a little shaky about everything. The agent on the phone made me feel extremely calm and got me set up. Unfortunately, I’m going to have to get a lawyer for this one. Rented a unit here that apparently had a hole in the roof. Came back to my unit one day to find all my memorabilia (Ovechkin rookie cards with a piece of net from his first goal, Nolan Ryan rookie, Mike Jordan rookie, babe Ruth signed/worn glove, etc) soaked through from the rain event. Excellent customer service both over the phone and in person while helping my daughter get set up. Friendly, helpful, and made the process easy. Highly recommend!
