They will raise your rates every couple months until you decide not to store with them, very greedy location/company. Plus, their office is always closed, how are you supposed to talk to anyone?
Jim was great! We came in shortly before closing time and he was very helpful by showing us two climate controlled units. He was very thorough, gave all necessary information leaving us with no questions. We signed a contract and now have a new unit to store things we simply don’t have room for at home.
Very smooth and easy process to get in. Upgraded me at a minimal cost to a bigger unit. Will use again.
